We make sure your unit is safely mounted, connected, and configured with care. 🔹 Basic Install – $69 Thermostat replacement (existing C-wire in place and working) • Remove old thermostat (smart or not) • Install new smart thermostat in the same location • Connect to existing C-wire and power supply • Quick Wi-Fi check (if required) 📌 For homes with compatible wiring and no need for furnace access or power modifications. 🔹 Standard Install – $85 No C-wire connected? We’ll fix that. • Everything in Basic • Open furnace panel to reconnect unused C-wire (if present) • Install C-wire adapter if needed* • Connect thermostat to Wi-Fi and basic app setup ✅ Ideal for homes where wiring exists but isn’t fully compatible yet. 📌 C-wire adapter not included. Can be provided by the client or billed separately (avg. cost: $18–$30). 🔹 Advanced Install – $85/hour New installations, rewiring, or relocation • Everything in Standard • Run new cable to thermostat if required • Mount thermostat in a new location • Power system upgrades (e.g., transformer) if needed 🛠 All wiring changes require prior on-site evaluation to confirm feasibility. ⏱️ Billed hourly.
